Romeo (Romy) has been diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare pediatric cancer that originates in the soft tissues of the body. There are about 250 cases diagnosed each year in the United States. Romeo's rhadbo tumor is located near his prostate and bladder. This March began his journey of chemotherapy and radiation. Since diagnosed in March 2016, we've hit every single stage of emotion, realizing that this nightmare will never end until Romy beats this. We have to be strong for Romeo and for his brother & sister, who do not quite understand what is going on. Our simple life, as we knew it, has changed. We have to be strong & positive.
